Simply dampen an eyeliner brush (or any other fine-tipped brush or even a Q-tip) in water or waterproof medium (Makeup Sealer), brush across the cake liner and line eyes with precision. Use less water for a soft, gentle line and smudge it for a more natural look. Dry cake liner won't budge on dry or oily skin types. Rich color and staying power.
